Local artists Rakhee Jain Desai and Melissa Knight will be creating a permanent public artwork as part of the upcoming renovation of the Pharr Tennis Center at Patterson Park. Neighbors and users of the center are invited to join the artists for a discussion and help inform the artwork design.
