Into the Woods

Our friends at the City Theatre Company present a tapestry of wonderfully woven fables that brims with award-winning music and lyrics. This fractured fairy tale transports you to a land where there are giants in the sky, witches next door, curses reversed, and of course, wishes granted for your “happily ever afters.” By Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine.

National Night Out Picnic at Patterson Park
Co-sponsored by the Cherrywood Neighborhood Association
It’s fall-ish and time for our annual picnic at the park! Join neighbors for a potluck picnic with games and free ice cream from Mr. Softee.
The CIty of Austin sponsors National Night Out meetups across town to encourage neighbors to meet neighbors. NNO is intended to strengthen communities and increase awareness of crime prevention. Learn more at http://www.austintexas.gov/nno

Patterson Fall Festival: A Roots & Wings Festival event
Patterson Park Community Garden
This family-friendly event will combine all things nature, gardening, and pollinators into a fun, educational and community-building celebration. Learn about beekeeping, mycology, and native plants, partake in fun, sensory-friendly activities and mingle with neighbors.
